The following information will help you learn more about importing from PTC. Please contact us for any clarification or more information, we are standing by to assist!

PTC offers a very wide range of products for Automotive and related industries. Aftermarket and genuine OEM products are both available.

The product range is divided into 17 categories and over 180 digital catalogues have been provided.

To order from catalogues, please send us your requirements with the items codes and catalogue names as reference. For products without catalogues, please let us know your requirement including OEM number and we will send you the availability.

Since not all items have catalogues, if you cannot find any item you need then please let us know.

Order Process

The order process is as follows:

Pricing

PTC has a strict low price policy to reflect factory pricing. Prices quoted are FOB (free on board) - the price includes the cost of product, local transportation & handling, and customs export documentation charges.

Minimum Orders

PTC is able to offer very low minimums due to strong long-term relationships with factories.  Customers may order full container loads or loose cargo of just a few boxes to suit their requirements and budgets. Customers are encouraged to first place a small sample order to check the products and services to build confidence before commencing with larger shipments.

Flexibility

Customers are able to order a wide range of products from many factories and receive them in a single easy shipment. There is no need to deal with dozens of factories and having to receive and process many shipments. Our customers are able to import a wider range of products at lower prices than their competitors, landing products cheaper, each and every time.

Quality

Customers can select quality by comparing similar products from several different factories. PTC can be trusted to always ship only high quality products. Our low prices do not reflect the quality of the products.

Branding

Customised packaging and your own branding services are available with most products.  Due to our good relations, most manufacturers are willing to co-operate with us and will accept such requests.

Insurance

Cargo insurance is available from reputable insurance companies at affordable rates, at cost.

Packing & Shipping

PTC ships via sea or air freight depending on customer’s instructions. Shipping containers are packed without wasting any precious space and care is taken to avoid damage during shipping.

Trading Currency

The currency of trade is US Dollar. Other currencies (including the Euro and Australian Dollar) are available on request; please let us know your requirements.
